Wouldn’t it be nice to see just how much your students are imaginative and creative? These photos can be used to inspire critical thinking. Pre-intermediate students can practise past tenses (What has happened? How did it all begin?), whereas intermediate and upper-intermediate students can practise perfect modals (What may/must have happened?). I’m sure you’ll be surprised at their ideas.

The present printable, downloadable handout is a great resource for high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1), Upper-intermediate (B2) and Advanced (C1) level. It is useful for strengthening your pupils' Speaking skills. It is about the theme of Language functions.
