- Can you make a sentence?This activity can be practiced with begginers or elementary sts.Good to practice grammar, writing and vocabulary. It may be used as an extra activity or homework.
The teacher asks the students to write 30 words about them / what they like/ dislike or about whatever in a paper. After that, the teacher should ask them to change their papers. Then, in another paper, the student makes/ produces as many sentences he/she can with the words written.
- Guess who- ClassmatesThis activity is good for classmates describe themselves and get to know each other better. 1- The teacher writes the sts\' names in little peaces of paper and put them in a box. Each student gets one, and then the activity begins. The teacher should instruct the sts to describe clothes, appearance and what the student likes / dislikes. They can take notes to help them,while they\'re speaking. Good for they interact better and practice speaking.
- Telling your classmate\'s daily routine.This exercise is to beginner and elementary level.
To practice simple present and interact with others, this is a very good practice.
The teacher asks the students as homework to write a paragraph (minimum 5 / maximum 7 lines) about their daily routines: Time they wake up, what they have for breakfast, what time they come and leave school, what they like about school, their favorite activities, games, music , what they do during the day.
Then, when the students hand out the exercises, the teacher gives each student a different classmate\'s daily routine. As an exercise, the students have to write in 3rd person what their colleagues do during the day and tell each other.
- What is going on?The teacher hands the students images about diferente facts. Then, the students have to tell what it is going on. This exercise is good to practice speaking or writing with elementary and intermediate students. This exercise can be made as homework, test, in pairs, groups or individual.
