Who we are looking for

   (Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3, 4 and ideally Key Stage 5.)

3. Qualification
   

   B.Ed.

   (A B.Ed or degree in a related field and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with a minimum of one year post qualifying teaching experience.)

4. The ability to share your outstanding practice and develop other colleagues
5. A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
6. Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
