Who we are looking for

   (Proven experience of teaching English at KS3 - KS4 and ideally KS5.)

3. Qualification
   

   B.Ed. + BA in any subject

   (You must hold a B.Ed or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.)

4. The ability to share your outstanding practice and develop other colleagues
5. A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
6. Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
