The key objective of the role is to provide leadership and support to the academic team and take a reflective
approach to current practice with a view to introducing improvements to enhance academic achievement,
learning culture and the overall student experience within the ONCAMPUS centre.

Who we are looking for

  2. Experience

    Min. 2 years

    (Relevant teaching experience. Experience in an academic leadership role. An understanding of UK higher education and the needs and requirements of international students.)

  3. Qualification

    BA in any subject
    --- OR ---
    Any accredited 100+ hour English teaching certif.

    (Academic or English Language Teaching qualification at graduate or equivalent level (Essential).)

  4. Direct experience of further and higher education in an international context (Desirable).
  5. Experience of the development of academic programmes (Desirable).
  6. An understanding and appreciation of private sector education (Desirable)
