Together with your centre team, you will be responsible for maximising both students and Group Leader satisfaction, ensuring that we meet or exceed expectations, whilst working within pre-determined budgets.

In accordance with our Company Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters, you will need to demonstrate:

The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours
A positive attitude to the sue of authority and maintaining discipline

Working week:

6 *days out of 7 (1 day off per week)
All Management roles are residential
*Maximum weekly hours will be detailed in the Offer Letter

Who we are looking for

  1. Language proficiency

  2. Experience

    Min. 1 year

    (Management experience in junior education / learning (Essential))

  3. Qualification

    BA in any subject

    (Educated to Degree Level or equivalent (Essential))

  4. Valid First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
  5. Valid Driving Licence (Desirable)
  6. Managing multiple departments and teams (Desirable)
  7. Management experience in a summer school environment (Desirable)
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Excellent organisational and planning skills
  10. Ability to motivate, lead and inspire students
  11. Ability to deal with complexity and resolve problems and issues
  12. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  13. An excellent understanding of Excel
  14. A good understanding of Outlook

What we offer

  1. Our competitive Management weekly pay, inclusive of accommodation, will be based on the size of the centre and experience. We will discuss this with you at the time of your Returner interview.
  2. If you have subscribed to the DBS update service, we will reimburse the £13 annual renewal fee.
  3. If you did not subscribe to this service, we will need to apply for a new DBS for you. Our Safer Recruitment Officer will discuss this with you.
