Teaching high-quality classes implementing the Efekta Learning System
Completing the necessary administrative work required for classes in a timely manner
Supporting your colleagues by participating in collaborative training sessions

Who we are looking for

2. Experience
   

   0 years (beginners, too)

   (Minimum 3 months’ teaching experience to adult students in an ESL environment.)

3. Qualification
   

   BA in any subject + Any accredited 100+ hour English teaching certif.

   (Master’s Degree preferred.)

4. Comfortable teaching with the latest technology
5. Interested in continuous professional development
6. Comfortable with regular class observations as part of your professional development
7. Passion to teach and develop your skills
8. Positive attitude and engaging personality
9. A team player attitude
10. Creativity and able to work independently in course design and lesson planning
11. Willing to challenge yourself by teaching a variety of levels and specialty classes
