This activity  helps the teachers  to  develop  the communicative skills  of  the  students  by eliciting  the  questions. By seeing  the  pictures, the students  can easily answer  the  questions  given.

Learn new words connected with the topic 'Appearance'. It is a corrected version of the previous presentation. Feel free to use it for lessons :) It contains words divided into ten categories.

This power point presentation is about the characters of the story The Fisherman and his wife.The presentation includes some key words and adjectives useful for giving students some initial voacbulary they can use for building a short paragraph for describing each character.

This ppt is about jobs and what they do. Spelling is already present. Patterned sentence about the jobs are in the file. A short activity to identify the job is also in this.

Job description

Part 1 of 2. Interesting, colorful and sometimes weird images for students to describe. Suitable for Junior High and above. I usually have 1 student with his/her back to the projector screen and another student who describes the image to them. The student who was facing away from the image must then score the description. (the remaining students can assist the one describing if they get into difficulty.

The students must create sentences  according to their opinion becoming the images a meme. The students will love it because it is something that they are used to see daily on the internet. So, you can use it as a funny moment during the class. Also, it will show them that they are able to create simple sentences in english.

A pps to remind students of the expressions to refer to different parts of the picture, before studying one. (in the foreground, in the background, at the top, at the bottom, in the middle, on the left, on the right, in the centre.)

Descriptive writing development

An easy PowerPoint introduction for descriptions of people, with intermittent slides of cartoon people so you can ask students about them. I recommend applying these characteristics (age, gender, hair color etc.) to the individual students as you work through the PowerPoint to make it more personal. Hope it helps!
