Difference between verbal combination and phrasal verb. Up and down only. Examples are given. 

The objective is to explain when it is obligated to combine the words.

Teacher shows the slides for a short time. Students have to remember the words/ phrases they have seen. After that they have to write the words down. One student comes to the board and writes the word/ phrase on the board. The others  will check his/her writing.

A PPT to check kids' knowledge of how to spell animals names after having dealt with the topic. I always have a competition in class. Class is divided into two teams. One student from each team compete at a time and has to be the first one to say which word is "hidden".
