I used my local and international cartton characters to help my very weak and demotivated pupils to learn simple sentence writing. And at least I won their interests. I use this kind of thing for classroom purpose. Hope it's useful for others.

Students enter different rooms in the house and play games to practice and consolidate vocabulary around the home. In the living room, you need to click on the light switch.

House Vocabulary Game

A set of cards for kids to remember food names. Can be used together with the "Food SPOT IT game" and "Food BINGO sheets". Put all the (shuffled) cards facing down on a table, and have students take turns flipping two cards. If the two cards have the same animal, they can take that set. The student with the most pairs of cards wins the game. Make sure the students say the name of the animal out loud. They will learn the words by repetition, as they will continuously flip over the wrong cards.
