The Circus

It's a powerpoint of the story "Good job, Ben" from the Reading wonders book for Grade 1. I prefer using it during online classes, when it's hard to keep the students' attention and you just need pictures and the text appear on the screen.

This is a conversation powerpoint presentation for grade 3-6. This piece of work will help your students to know some travelling vocabulary and also to answer basic questions on vacation especially in this period of Covid19.

Answers graded from 1 to 3, and you will be able to keep track of their score on screen.



1) 2 teams playing; 2) Team A chooses a number (click on the corresponding sun); 3) They choose an answer (click on the chosen answer); 4) All answers disappear when clicked, but when they choose the right one, you'll hear the sound of a cash register and a coin will appear with the number of points they got; 5) Click on the house button to return to the board; 6) Click on the score board until you add the points the team earned; 7) Now it's team B's turn; 8) All clicked suns (answered questions) will have red numbers, so they'll keep playing until all questions are answered (all numbers in the suns will be red). The team with the highest score wins the game.
