Then, some problems (such as a headache, a cold, an earache, etc) and what we should do to get better are introduced. Finally there are some CCQs to check the ss' understanding.

It is a powrpoint presentation to briefly discuss the issues of health, diet and the way we look. I used it as part of a speaking preparation exercise.

You can use this ppt to present vocabulary related to diseases to beginners or even elementary students. Usually I use it to present and then I play some games with them, like mimics or pictionary.

Crossword about Health

I use a lot of images that show various health problems with the corresponding descriptions. Then students are challenged to look at the images again and describe the health problems. You could probably write the terms on the board so that when students see the images without the terms, they can have some help remembering the term.

This game is created in order to review the health vocabulary! The students have to match the problem with the corresponding picture! They must open the squares following the numbers. You have to click on stop if you find the correct pair. Enjoy this game.
