This game was created to help  English Learners with vocabulary and spelling by picking a card (it might be a picture or a word) and learn about Professions. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did preparing it!

This presentation is to help students make up positive sentences and questions with the verb to be. Might be used in different ways like "Guess the profession". 

Students are supposed to make yo short dialogues asking questions about the profession of the person in the photo and giving answers.

I tried to include some common professions and a few more unusual ones too. Feel free to change these to suit the level of your students. 



I recommend printing off Slide 2 as a handout to give students a reference for all the job titles while watching the slideshow. You can make this into a quiz/team game if you wish!



Also, at the end of the slideshow, I have included some conversation questions to get the students talking to each other about these jobs.
