A selection of English ESL share ppt slides

This is an example of a shared book that your class can create collaboratively.



Start with a funny picture - which will be your ending (climax of the story).  Ask children to predict what happened before this - start developing a plot together.

Give each child the responsibility of writing and illustrating each page of the book on paper.

An able student (or the teacher) can type text onto each slide and search for pictures or clipart to illustrate.

Once complete sound can be added as sound effects and links to turn pages at a mouse click.  Students may even have their voice recorded reading the text and this be embedded onto each slide.

Or a low tech approach may be for students to read their own page when the class enjoys the finished product together!

A lot of fun combining creativity, imagination, oral, written and visual language and technology.

These slides were made for students to practice talking about their future plans, what they want to do, what they wish to see. 



Another purpose of this Powerpoint is that students get to share their ideas and opinions with their friends about what matters, whether it be about themselves or society, so you can find a tint of social issue conversation their.



In this activity, I made students pair up or make a group of three. Teachers need to make sure to encourage follow-up questions so they can discuss reasons and alternatives too. 



They really liked it. 

Future plan: Speaking activity 

I would like to share my power point presentation with you. It's a fun grammar guide. 

It can help you to present the difference in the usage of ''be going to'' and ''will''. There are a lot of good visual example. You might elicit what the characters are saying or just show the phrases and explain why this structure is used.

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well
