In this ppt presentation the young learners will be able to practice their language skills in using the gerund. For example: I like reading but I do not like singing.

In this lesson, students will learn one of the vowel sounds in English, and they will practice listening to different sounds that are very often mistaken for the sound ae. Also, the student will watch and listen to the song of a very famous band Roxette, and read transcription, play a guessing game, and practice speaking words containing the main sound of today as well as watch videos and stories to practice listening and speaking skills. Learn how the sound is made and what muscles we use to create the sound.

Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
