The Polar Express

To practice writing descriptive paragraphs about places. 
 To able to use adjectives to describe the atmosphere, features, and surroundings of a place. 
 Grammar Focus: Use of adjectives, prepositions of place, and the present simple tense.

Descriptive Writing

This presentation includes contents of greetings and farewells in English for informal and formal contexts, and depending on the time. Also asking how someone is in different manners.

Greetings (formal and informal)

The exercise can be used written and orally. The purpose of it is to make student contrast their knowledge on the simple present with what they are going to learn about simple past.

Routine in the past

This content is useful for a lesson about the marketing mix (business English). There is a special focus on the four Ps and the for Cs.

In the final part you can find an easy quiz about the content.

THE MARKETING MIX

In this Powerpoint presentation, you can find definitions of fear and phobias as well as some famous quotes on the topic. The objective is to provide the language for a discussion on the topic.
