The narrator speaks American English, his accent is well articulated and his pace of speech is moderate. As a result, it's relatively easy to follow for much of the time - maybe except when he throws in a bunch of scientific terms toward the end, like 'cerebrospinal fluid' and 'Lymphatic vessels'.
