My video lesson is a listening comprehension with 10 True or False questions to test your students' deep understanding of the basic science of sleep deprivation as explained in this video.

The narrator speaks American English, his accent is well articulated and his pace of speech is moderate. As a result, it's relatively easy to follow for much of the time - maybe except when he throws in a bunch of scientific terms toward the end, like 'cerebrospinal fluid' and 'Lymphatic vessels'.

I recommend this video lesson for high school students and adults, who have a basic understanding of biology.
