The second customer, is an elderly who had ordered prescription drugs beforehand, and just came to pick them up. The Pharmacist explains how to use it and for how long. The third one is a young man who has a headache and asks for anything that would give him relief from the symptoms. This video focuses on common expressions that are generally used in pharmacy situations.
