This building is seriously broken down: there's cracked paint covering every inch; the main sign has an arm-sized hole through it; and his head nearly gets sliced off from a rusty old weed-whacker

For Hyun-Soo here, it's flight, and I would do the same. If you see something like this, lock your door and call the cops, which he actually does, but the signal is dead. Looks like we have to figure out how to deal with this on our own.

Now there's no clear indication if he's dealing with some bloodthirsty psycho or something supernatural. 
In situations like this, it's hard to trust your own senses, but he heard the voice saying, (4)“________,” so I might offer it food to leave me alone!
