Task Description
Students will have to describe how people are feeling and their impressions about the video and the live presentation. Also, they discuss different music groups from other countries. The questions are about how people feel during the presentation, audience and musicians. It's interesting to see how it's different the usage of -ed and -ing in adjectives. -ing adjectives are used to describe things and people (seen as a third person) and -ed adjectives describe people about their feelings. Enjoy the lesson and have fun with your students!
Video details
Scene summary
It's a live presentation. Vitas is a singer from Russia who was famous in Russia at the beginning of this century but only now (2017) started to get famous in other places. This video is a live presentation of the song 7th Element. Although there are no English words being said, it's nice to use the emotions and feelings of people expressed during the video to elicit adjective and have fun with your students. It's a nice video with very talented musicians but that might seem a little different for some cultures.
