The school principal, Mr. Krupp (whose alter ego is Amazing Captain Underpants) discusses the many pranks that Harold and George have pulled off in school. As punishment the principal threatens to separate the best friends and put them in different classrooms. The boys are horrified so they hypnotize their principal to prevent him from taking action. At the end of the video Mr. Krupp interviews a mad scientist  candidate for a possible teaching position.
