In 11 minutes, CPGGrey explains why the Conquistadors infected Native Americans with deadly diseases, but why it did not happen the other way round, as well (original title: Americapox: The Missing Plague). It was a real eye-opener for me, and I was fascinated by the deeper and deeper explanations that he unfolds step-by-step. 

I also highly recommend the sequeal (part 2) of this video, which takes on the story to new grounds.
