Students practise their listening and vocabulary skills with the famous song Living Next Door to Alice. On the first sheet they first read the song and choose the correct answers. Then they listen to the song and correct any mistakes. There is also a two page worksheet with different vocabulary, grammar and comprehension exercises. Answer Key included.

This activity has especially been created for German native speakers to practise the Present Perfect tense.

Living Next Door to Alice - Smokie - Song Activity

This game can be played with 2 or more players.  Pupils roll the dice, move forward counting in English.  When they stop on a picture, their playing partner says "What's this?" The player answers "It's a/an.." This game can also be used to practice colors ex: "What color is the car?" etc.  Solutions in comments.

Ths is a very fun game to help your students memorize the simple past form of important verbs in English. The focus here is on the irregular ones, but I've also included some of the regulars.

This game is kind of a mix of the tic tac toe and the crossword. The third page of the document explains how to play it. There's also the game's key.

This game is not my own creation, but I've modified and added some rules myself to make it more interesting (in my point of view).
