This is just a quick worksheet that I actually knocked up to use as part of a unit test. I haven't provided the solution, but it should be self-explanatory to any teacher using it. 

Language - choose the correct demonstrative pronoun and be-verb to complete the sentence. The worksheet is based on this/that and these/those plus the singular or plural of the verb to be.
