Colourful activity for young learners of English at an elementary level. It contains bright pictures of the famous cat performing different actions and a set of questions for each photo that children will have to answer.

"GARFIELD AND PRESENT CONTINUOUS"

Garfield helps students practise the present continuous tense. Students put the verbs in brackets into the positive form. There are as many short lines as there are letters in the verbs in order to help students write the verbs correctly.

What is Garfield doing?

This game is meant for kids in their elementary level of English. They will be working with present continuous and basic actions, such as playing, swimming, running, reading, etc.. Each card contains four actions. the worksheet contains five cards. at the end of the worksheet you wll find a list of the activities that describe the pictures. I use numbers from 1 to 15. Each number corresponds to an action.

Garfield hobbies (can or can't)

This worksheet was designed for my weaker students to practise the past continuous form. Students just need to match the sentences with the pictures and complete them. The verbs are supplied with the pictures. Greyscale and key are included.
