I created this worksheet to practise past passive form. After they complete the paragraphs, the students have to describe the invention of an object, or invent an object and describe what it is for and how it was done. 

Past Passive - inventions

This is a listening activity based on a TED talks video. It is pretty long but it will give students quite a lot of exposure to natural language. It is also a nice introduction to a project-based lesson.

This is a test I created for A2/B1 teenagers. The grammar goal is passive voice in present and past tenses, and the topic is inventions. You will find two models, they are the same style of exercises, but you can give different sheets to your students to prevent cheating. Hope you find it useful!
