This is a reading comprehension activity. Students read a passage, complete the summary with the given words and answer the questions in full sentences. A2 level. 

Reading - A strange nightmare

This worksheet has been created to be used while watching The Nightmare Before Christmas with our students. There is a brief summary at the beginning of the file, followed by a matching activity where students will have to match the pictures of the main characters with their names. After that, students will be asked to give some information about the same characters and later they will have to order some scenes from the movie. Finally, they will have to give their opinion about the movie and they will be asked to translate halloween vocabulary.

I use it in France with my 6th graders and decided not to learn the song or do a "complete the lyrics" because the song is way too long for them. This is great for learning new vocabulary.
