Worksheet for reviewing Present Simple, Present Continuous, Past Simple, Past Continuous and Present Perfect Tense. Students will have to solve 4 short exercises in which they will have to decide on what tense to use. 

Tenses review

This exercise is a combination of 5 tenses including Present Simple, Simple Past, Present Continuous, Simple Future, Present Perfect but all are at elementary and at the early stage of Pre - Intermediate levels. It helps students again catch a glimpse at examples where which tenses should be used.

Tenses

The worksheet deals with two English tenses: the Present Perfect Simple and the Present Perfect Continuous. It consists of three exercises. The answer key is provided. Hope you'll find it useful in your own classrooms.

Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
