Students are asked to practice "selling" in english in the form of a role-play with the teacher or other students. They are suggested to ask questions to determine customer needs throughout their sales pitch.

The present downloadable teaching material is meant for high school students and adults at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is aimed at practising vocabulary about types of houses, and is a valuable material for honing your groups' Writing skills.

Well, this is a famous tongue twister! I have expanded it a bit into a little story. They put the verbs into the present simple tense. There is the chance to practise adding 'es' as in 'she watches', turn y into ies, as in 'she tries' and 'a friend accompanies' etc. If they succeed in saying 'she sells sea shells by the sea shore' three times quickly, try them on this one, which nobody can do! It is impossible and it's just a name! 'Peggy Babcock'.
