A TPR activity. Students are in groups of three to four. On the floor are paper dishes with word cards. Students take turns collecting a card and return to their group. Here they figure out where the word goes and write it on the piece of paper of the dictation. It generates a lot of grammar talk in the groups.

The objective of this worksheet is to teach students which words o with make and which words o with do. Cut the balls out and laminate. Do the same with the gloves. Attach the loves to the blackboard, a window or a door. Students must place the balls around the correct glove. Make it a competition.

This is a  simple worksheet based on a fun 4 min video. Intended for beginners and younger kids, it features full transcript so the students can watch and read at the same time. There is a very basic true or false activity and a quick revision of basic words and their opposites. This two-part activity ESL climate worksheet is good as a culmination knowledge classroom and group discussion and speaking exercise reviewing about what they have learned followed by cutting, arranging and pasting carbon footprint action steps that they and their families can take to reduce their carbon footprints.  Have your students first arrange the carbon-reducing steps from top to bottom on their desks to test previous knowledge and then show the video and have students glue them in place in their notebooks.  You might also want to include a chart on your PPT after the movie that shows the final pasting order as there are several versions to choose from.  Enjoy!
