It was Captain Tom's 100th birthday recently and he raised £30 million for the National Health Service. He has become a celebrity in the UK. Hats off to the old boy! They answer the questions, then on page 2, there are some gap fill activities. The clipart is from a man called Minty. Please note the last line on the passage could read 'a man WHOM' but we tend not to use it nowadays, so I have put 'who'.
