A crossword puzzle about typical children's toys. It can be used to reinforce the new vocabulary along with flashcards. There is a word bank included to make it easier for the students to write the correct word. It can be use in the classroom or one-on-one. It is a good way for students to practice their spelling in English.

Toys

This is a letter for Santa Claus. Children have to recognize the toys in English and then choose what they want to ask from him. The toys that they have chosen must be cut and then glue on the letter.

This worksheet contains eight items of vocabulary for coloring and learning the five vowels A E I O U. Infant learners must complete the gaps using one of the five vowels. 

TOYS 

This is a boardgame to practise vocabulary on toys. It can be printed or used on whiteboard screen with magnets for each student. There are some "Bang" squares where students will have to go back to Start, the lobster means 1 or two squares back and the frog means 1 or 2 squares forward: frisbee, bicycle, plane, balloon, drums, train, car, skip rope, robot, building blocks, boat, scooter...

Worksheet 1  use this or these. Write the missing vowels for each picture and sentence. Also verb to be (is or are). Worksheet 2- Write either (Yes-No) answer for each question asked about the toy.
