This is a reading comprehension about the house cat. The first paragraph has historical facts about the cat specially in ancient Egypt its. The text is also about the characteristics and  qualities of the cats and their senses. And how people nowadays keep them and why do they keep them.

The file also has some multiple choice questions that students should choose the correct answer.  The second set of questions is vocabulary. Where students should Match the adjectives on the right with the pets to express their opinion.

The House Cat

This is a worksheet to revise PARTS OF THE HOUSE, THERE IS/ THERE ARE. It is based on the cartoon Star Butterlfy vs The Forces of Evil. It is great to work with students from 10- 17 years old.

MY HOUSE 

Crossword with picture clues containing HOUSE vocabulary (items found int he house). A good way to revise or enhance students´ general vocabulary and spelling skills. 

Crossword - In the house (2)

This Ws is for primary learners. They should revise the basic parts of the house and write them in the squares on exercise 1. Then, in the second exercise, they have to draw on a piece of paper the caracters / animals so that they can match them depending on the instructions. If you don't want to give them so much time to draw the animals, you can use the pictures that I've prepared on page 2. 



The piece of paper from page 2 should be printed out on stickers. So, students can easily remove the stikers and paste them on the part of the house that it's described on exercise 2 from the previous page.
