This worksheet is suitable for students who already know some vocabulary about places. It can be a fun activity, divided in three parts. It has got a word bank that should be revised before start completing the exercise.

Where are you going

Students will listen to some people describing what they are wearing and will do some on-line exercises after listening. Afterwards, the whole class will play a game: guessing who is being described.

I created this worksheet for students who would be at an intermediate level or higher. It is a worksheet that has high level vocabulary, when discussing emotions. This is for when you want to get your students to stop saying they feel happy or sad but actually start using some higher level vocabulary. This worksheet can be used in a number of different ways. I think it is a good revision or a good starter, depending on where you are coming from. It is also could be made into a matching activity or used to assist students' in their writing.

What are they doing?

It is another listening activity for secundary students. It is quite an easy one, so it could be suitable for students from 13-18 years old. It is a sad song, as Lukas remember his dead father. So be careful if you have a student in class who has lost a relative because it can be a bit uncomfortable for him/her. Anyway, my students enjoyed it a lot, as Lukas Graham is one of their favourite singer.

There is a vocabulary activity at the end of the song, and a summarize activity as the last one.

It is very easy to get the song in youtube.

In pairs, 1 person chooses a character and the other practices asking "Are you..." questions. 

To make it harder/more of a game, limit the number of questions allowed to only 3 or 4.

Worksheet for very young students. It can even be done with kindergarden students who are learning how to write. The children have to complete the missing letters.
