Walk & Talk: Beach

A simple activity that could be used as a warmup, or as an ice-breaker. It also has a short q & a section at the bottom of the page which can be used as an introduction to further study.

At The Beach

This is a set of 2 worksheets created to work on beach and country main vocabulary. Page number 1 shows two images, one of the beach and the other one of the country and vocabulary related to each picture. Page number 2 is a matching activity where children have to relate each picture to the corresponding written name.

this task helps pupils to practise the past progressive using three forms 

ON THE BEACH

This simple activity involves filling in spaces provided with approproate beach vocabulary. It may be used as an excersise in which pupils work independently with the help of dictionary, or as an interactive activity (the words are hidden all over the clasroom and the pupils are to find them and match them with the blanks).  

Read the phrases and correct the mistakes. Students can circle the mistakes and correct the correct answers. Surprisingly, it is a fun worksheet for students as normally teacher will tell their mistakes but this turn around, students will identify the mistakes and make self-corrections.

Summer  is near  and  we  need some  things. Students can identify these  articles. They  can also write  sentences using these  vocabulary.  Hope  they enjoy it.
