Astronauts  Boardgame

This is a bingo for vocabulary practice and mantainance. Its main objective is to get students familiarized with the most common school supplies. 

This game worksheet can be used as a fun activity at the end of the class or as a wrap up in upcoming classes. The cards could also be used for spelling practice, as they contain the name of the noun at the bottom. Printing the cards page twice could aslo serve as memory game. 

The worksheet includes bingo cards and boards, which contents may be expanded to fit students' needs.

With this board game you can practise 'there is, there are' sentences in your classroom. It is also possible to use it to practise expressions with 'like' and 'don't like'. 

There is/are game

The following game will help your students practise or revise the usage of "have/has got" structure. Students draw the ships on their boards and then they start ´shooting´ trying to quess where the partner´s ships are. Hope they like it!

Have/has got - Battleship

This is a board game to practice making comparisons.  It asks the student to make a sentence using each form.  This should be used as a fun way to review.  I always find putting my students in small groups will allow them to help each other and include students that might be having difficulty.

Practice answering to be questions in the 3rd person singular. Patterning for young beginners. The game reinforces learning in a fun way. The teacher can read the questions for students if need be. The teacher and student can take turns asking and answering questions.

Easy Halloween  Boardgame 

Cut out the cards and divide them into “hotel cards” and “guest cards.”



On a board make a mind map of the kinds of questions guests and receptionists would ask each other.



Give a guest card to one student and a hotel card to another.



The student with the hotel card is the receptionist and must answer a ringing phone.



The student with the guest card must ask relevant questions while the receptionist must answer the questions while asking for the appropriate details.



Take notes of any structure, pronunciation, grammar and intonation problems and then address them when the exercise is over.
