Picture description - Breakfast or dinner?

A funny and entertaining video of cooking with Gordon and Matilda Ramsay in an English TV show. A bit of discusion before watching the video. Students watch the video and complete the questions from the sheet attached. It can be used as a homework or in class. After completing the activity teacher can elicit answers and there can be a whole class discussion.

First, introduce students the vocabulary of 4 different types of breakfast. Second, ask students to design an ideal breakfast for mom using the vocabulary they just learned.

An Ideal Breakfast for Mom

This is a worksheet that was created for the day when we celebrate our traditional breakfast in my home country - Slovenia. It is a very simple worksheet with photos of traditional breakfasts. Student only have to insert the ingredents on the suitable plate.

On the second page there are instructions for group work - preparing traditional English breakfast. I did this in connection with our teacher of Home Econimics.
