I prepared this worksheet on the song Grenade by Bruno Mars, at the request of my students. It contains a variety of listening tasks (fill in the blanks, put the lines in the correct order, correct the mistakes), a vocabulary exercise, a grammar exercise on second conditional, and a set of comprehension questions. Printer-friendly version and Answer Key provided.

A song activity, there are 5 exercises: fill the gaps, choose the right word, choose the correct spelling, order the words in verses and find the extra word. I hope you like it!

Song: Treasure - Bruno Mars

This is a warm up song for a basic level. In the song verbs in simple present and gerund form are missing. The students will have to listen to the song and fill the blanks.

This is a worksheet I've created to introduce music, tv and movies topic in a funny way. I didn't find any related to this song so I created this one. Hope you enjoy it!

This downloadable worksheet is meant for high school students, elementary school students and adults at Pre-Intermedite, Intermediate and Upper-Intermediate level. It is great for practising some vocabulary and verbs in general in English, and is useful for improving your learners' Listening skills. This activity was thought for all ages including adults! I hope you enjoy it!!

Song: Bruno Mars - Finesse

Print 1 copy per small group of students. Use a different colour of paper per group. Cut the lyrics up into verses. Have students win each paragraph by answering questions about the vocab. in the song. Don't give the verses out in the correct order. When each group has all the verses, play the song and have them put the verses into order. Sing along!  Exploit the vocab. and grammar as you see fit!
