Heart caterpillar craft

I used this worksheet after telling the story "The very hungry caterpillar", by Eric Carle, to introduce spring. We made the caterpillars during class, and then I asked the students to turn their caterpillars into butterflies at home, by making their wings. It's an easy craft and the students loved it!

The very hungry caterpillar is a beautiful story. It´s a famous tale by Eric Carle. There are millions of videos, songs, puppets, crafts about this story and its georgeous character. Please use this worksheet as a review of the tale. Parents would love to read this with  their kids. Teach days of the week, fruits, food, colours, numbers, verbs.

I've made this w/s to provide practice on days of the week and numbers to my elementary learners.
