I plan to add grammar to a 1,5h lesson, e.g. wish or 2nd conditional, because the videos sound like a good topic to start talking about "I wish I were more confident...", "If I were you, I'd try..."

TED Ed 'How to be confident'

Ask your students to learn it by heart! Read it aloud and learn it as a poem. 
Practice with them! Teach them how to learn it.
For children, self-confidence is crucial because it influences their willingness to try new things, take risks, and persist in the face of setbacks. A confident child is more likely to participate in class, make friends, and explore new interests.

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
