Food countable uncountable containers

This worksheet is made to practise countability of nouns. First, they should decide if the noun is countable or uncountable (or both). Second, they have to match the containers/packages that goes best with each noun. I hope you or your students find it useful. 

This is a poster to show and study graphically the countable and uncountable nouns. Our students usually find them hard to understand so I decided to make a poster. I've included quantifiers (a few, a little and a lot). I hope it will be useful for you!

Nouns can be countable or uncountable. Countable nouns can be counted, e.g. an apple, two apples, three apples, etc. Uncountable nouns cannot be counted, e.g. air, rice, water, etc. When you learn a new noun, you should check if it is countable or uncountable and note how it is used in a sentence.
