This is a word search puzzles of words associated with Easter.  There are two versions of the puzzle: one with clues and a more challenging one without clues. The second puzzle could be done as a dictation first.  The answer key is provided.

Happy Easter Eggtravaganza Hunt

Good phonetics practice.  This is a story that has a lot of difficult sounds in it for many learners but especially Korean learners.  It can be used many ways, as a listening activity, running dictation, speaking activity.  Works with tricky words like day/they, rock/lock and many more.  My favorite way to use it is with as a running dictation after a lesson on many of the difficult sounds involved in the story.

Clothes. Word search, fun activity. It helps to improve remembering and writing skills of students. You can use it as a dictation. There  are twenty words. The key is included.

The idea of this worksheet is to work with the topic of food. Maybe you can also work with culture, or other topics involved. You can use it for a reading comprehension activity, or for a running dictation for example. Hope you like it!

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BREAKFASTS AROUND THE WORLD

Students read the text first (or it could be done as a dictation and the worksheet given after for correction) then put them in pairs to make up the questions from the prompts.  Get them to act the dialogue (questions and answers) in class.

TITANIC

Dictogloss is a classroom dictation activity where learners are required to reconstruct a short text  by listening and noting down key words, which are then used as a base for reconstruction. Since it takes time for students to get used to such an activity, you'd better start with a short text like this one.

A simple cloze passage about a Kangaroo. Useful for learning about Australian animals. Can be used for reading for dictation activities. Word bank is included but can be erased to suit the students' needs.
