Six hints to keeping healthy. Students can read the six short texts and then answer six comprehension questions. Then they can go back and skim and scan the worksheet for six key words. Then we can discuss the definitions. Finally there are six discussion questions (some with follow-ups) which they can ask each other. Make each student ask at least question and/or answer a question.

Hi, at first I didn't want to deal with the subject then some of my pupils online expressed their desire to talk about the experience of confinement as it has a sort of soothing effect for them and us all , so they can read and write.
