Choose the correct answer from those given. For example "Is he tall?" "Yes, he is." rather than "No, it is." or "Yes, she is.".



It's a multiple choice quiz that I uploaded before but I've removed the hand drawing and the RandyJack tag and added extra questions which require a little more thinking, such is "Is your brother tall?", which require the student to change "brother" to "he".

This is the second version of the food game I uploaded minutes ago. I realized on seeing it on the site that I had uploaded the wrong version, the rough one. This can be used in 2 different ways. As a vocab game with younger ones. Or for older students to train with "some" and "any". Step 1: in pairs students decide what's in their fridge. Step 2: another pair of students throw the dice and according to the drawing they get on they ask "Are/ Is there any... in your fridge?" Step 3: the 1st pair must answer "Yes, there are/is some." or "No, there isn't/aren't any." Step 4: the 2nd pair note down the answers. Last step: in the end the 2nd pair must report to the class about what's in the 1st pair's fridge.

An activity for very young learners. First review the vocabulary provided, have them draw what THEY´d LIKE to receive from Santa and then ask them the names of the toys and candy that they picked for their stocking.

Christmas Stocking

At first, children should fill in the "I"-line of the chart with what they like and don`t like, putting a tick or a cross; then they ask the friend (classmate) about his[her] tastes, using prompts (at the top of the sheet) and filling in the "You"-line with ticks and crosses. After that, children make affirmative and negative sentences using the information from the chart (not all food items). And finally, they have fun with drawing their most favourite food in a plate. Hope U like it!! ;) 

*It`ll be more effective if you encourage more oral practice of the constructions and the vocabulary items after task 2 (to tell the class[group[partner] his sentences; to check each other`s sentences) and 3 ("Now don`t forget to describe your mate [or:class] your "favourite-food-plate!", "What do you like [don`t like] on your mate`s plate?" and so on and so forth)
