in this worksheet students have to match the prepositions to the correct pictures. then they have to write sentences to describe a picture. i took the drawings from different books but i had to make some changes according to my sts' needs

This worksheet is a way of getting to know the pupils favorites by expressing through drawing. It is an awesome task that generate creativity in drawing their favorites. The pupils are asked to orally introduce themselves after finishing the worksheet. This worksheet encourages pupils to think of what they like the most.

This is a simple and quick activity for kids - They are going to think of 3 things they are thankful for and then write and make a beautiful drawing in the boxes. 

THANKSGIVING - KIDS - I AM THANKFUL FOR

This game can be played as a regular game of Uno. The goal of the game is to get rid of cards by placing them on a card either with the same number or in the same colour. Before using a card, you must make a correct sentence in the passive voice. If you get a blank rainbow card - it's a wild card - you can use it to change the colour in the game. If you use a card with +, your opponet must draw extra cards (depending on the number on the card)

The present exercise can be used to energize a dull class of upper-intermediate and advanced learners.

PROCEDURE

Draw the following grid on the board include the prepositions down the side and points at the top.

Divide the class into teams.

Explain the students that they have to guess phrasal verbs from their definitions and the prepositions are a hint to help them. 

e.g. Students belonging to team 1 choose a square – a preposition and 300 points. 

The teacher reads the definition “to register at a hotel or airport”. If students know the answer, they will get 300 points. 

The teacher will write the name of the team in the square.

Each team will get to choose squares. Students are free to choose any square they want. 

At the end of the game, each team will calculate the total amount of points to see who the winner is.

They have to write the information in each season and draw a boy or a girl with the clothes of the season. They can describe this guys with their partners too!

CL game quiz & exchange or as a One minute speaking Group of 3. student A draws a card and speaks for one minute about the question. Student B tracks time and student C asks questions in case student A runs out of things to say before time is up. The 21 cards can easily be extended with more questions.

ss read a small text about a dog in wich they have to underline the adjectives that appears in it, then ss have to solve some true and false exercises.

finally ss have to draw according to descriptions.

Describing Animal
