This fun Halloween homonyms lesson teaches students the difference between your and you're. It accompanies a short animated video lesson and has fill-in-the-blanks exercises, true or false, and a writing activity. 

Students will learn how to know the difference between these two homophones. They will practice spelling, writing, reading, and speaking.

Halloween Homonyms Lesson - Your or You're? ESL Spelling and Writing Worksheet

Listening practice with Who Needs Love by Razorlight. Students are required to fill in the blanks while listening to the song. Teachers can have students look through the lyrics before listening, especially with beginners.

The aim of this worksheet is to practise forming "Did you...?" (Y/N) questions and also open questions (Who/What/When/How/When/Why etc) in the simple past using regular verbs. It's also useful for practising the correct pronunciation of different verbs' "-ed" endings, like the 't' sound of 'watched' or the 'd' sound of 'played'. Hope you find it useful.

Print out the pages onto card or paper. Cut out the 15 pictures and sentences. You can laminate the paper if you wish. 

Instruct your students to match each picture to a sentence. Get them to repeat what you say in order to practice pronunciation.
