Short Story: Why Easter Bunny brings eggs?

This is a great activity to work with the past tense form of the verbs. 

When I use this activity with my students, I usually cut the story into paragraphs and have the children order them. Then, they complete the gaps with the correct for of the verbs in brackets.

Easter listening and watching - the giant egg

This worksheet is meant for very young learners and practices numbers from 1-10.  I think you can use it even with preschoolers.

Divide your class in pairs.

Give student A a red card and student B a blue card

 Student A asks: How much is the blue egg with the red dots?

Student B answers. The blue egg with the red dots is 8$

The student B asks – How much is the green egg with the red stripes.

 A  answers - The green egg with the red stripes is 5$ 

and so on.

Pairwork - How much are the Easter eggs?

This is a very easy worksheet to learn the numbers 1-12. First the children have to colour a determinated number of easter eggs, then they have to count the coloured eggs.

A great picture of an Easter Egg Hunt by Sean Parkes. It's one of those 'What is wrong?' pictures. I have added two exercises (page 2). They have to put the verbs into the present continuous and then do a T/F. Personally, I would not make my students count the eggs:)
