A 'find someone who' activity is a speaking activity which involves learners trying to find someone in the group who matches a description. 

Example: Do you like chocolate? Yes, I do. No, I don't. 

It is used as an activity at the beginning of the school year. Students can get to know each other much better. 

It is important for them to move around the classroom freely, so it is essential that there is enough space.

This "Find someone who" game can be used as an icebreaker or even as an out of the blue dynamic to change the class' routine. It is for beginners and there are pictures to help in the interpretation.

Find someone who... With pictures

Children practice asking their classmates questions with 'will' about summer activities. Simple sentences to complete on the second sheet. Black and white pictures to aid understanding can be coloured by fast finishers.

Summer Holidays - Find someone who

Icebreaker activity where students interview each other and find out about others. First they play rock, paper, scissors. The winner can ask a question. If the answer to their question is "yes", they can receive the students signature on that square. If the answer is "no" they do not receive a signature. Both students take turns to ask one question. This worksheet was made for Japanese students and it tailored to Japan, however the word file can be easily updated and adjusted to the teachers needs. 

Find Someone Who Conversation Activity

Oral activity on sports, music, dance and leisure activities. Students have to find someone who fits the description and ask him/her a few questions. Hope your students have fun.

Find Someone Who did something in the past. Students can walk around the class and try to find someone who has done something in the past. This is a good review for past tense verbs.
