Sentences

Students are to form parallel structure and to fix such errors. Another part includes fixing fragments, run-ons, and comma-splices.

Guess which song

This worksheet is aimed to present present simple inductively to beginners, using a fragment of "Bee Movie". Students revise some vocabulary (verb phrases related to veryday actions), provide examples, order the actions Barry does after he wakes up, and finally compare the examples they provided with the senteces about Barry. The teacher guides Ss to analize the differences present in the verbs when talking about "I" or "He". An explicit grammar explanation follows this analysis, and finally, a fill in the gaps exercise.

Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
